Size the half square triangles to 1 1/2″ each.
Make the following half square triangles:
(4) Dark purple and white
(4) Dark blue and white
Remember each set of squares makes 2 half square triangles.
Floating Triangles
To make the floating triangles, lay a 1 1/2″ dark purple square on the end of a 1 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ white rectangle and sew from corner to corner. Use the assembly diagram to check the direction of the angle.
