The density of the stitching in your quilting designs helps your design to pop forward in some places and recede in others. Instructor Jodi Robinson has a tip to help you achieve a more interesting design.

Jodi, I took several of your classes in January 2015 and so enjoyed them, except for the last one, which I was very much looking forward to. Somehow, unbeknownst to me, I had contacted the “creeping crude” and every time I tried to quilt, it was all I could do to keep my stomach in tack. I finally had to give up and leave (dang it). I thought it was motion sickness from the quilt machine; I should have guessed. I love your teaching and classes; keep up the good work. I couldn’t even enjoy the quilt show itself w/o running to the restroom to splash face with cold water; I thought I would pass out and then had to drive over 200 miles home that afternoon. How do we make it through these challenges? It’s amazing!
