Download Foundation Paper Piecing Pattern and English Paper Piecing Templates.
- Print 1 of pattern A.
- Print 4 of template B.
- Print 4 of template C.
- Print 4 of template D.
- Print 16 of template E.
- Print 4 of template F.
Instructions:
From the light yellow fabric, prepare templates B.
From the dark blue fabric, prepare templates C and D.
From the light pink fabric, prepare templates F and 12 of E.
From the dark turquoise fabric, prepare 4 of template E.
Unit A
Using the dark orange and light sky fabrics, sew paper piecing pattern A.
Corner Units
Using the assembly diagram below, sew C and D to each side of B. Make 4.
Using the color diagram above, sew together 3 light pink E and 1 dark turquoise E. Make 4.
Sew the two units together to complete the corner units. Make 4.
Sew two F to the sides of two of the corner units.
Block Assembly:
Using the diagram below as a guide, sew the lesser corner units to unit A.
Sew the remaining two corner units to the center to complete the block.
Block measures 12 1/2″ unfinished.
