Dark Blue
Coral
Light Yellow
Download English Paper Piecing Templates.
- Print 16 of template A.
- Print 4 of template B.
- Print 4 of template C.
- Print 1 of template D.
Instructions:
From the dark blue fabric, prepare 8 templates A.
From the coral fabric, prepare 8 templates A.
From the light yellow fabric, prepare templates D, 4 of B, and 4 of C.
Block Assembly:
Using the diagram color block image above, sew together 2 dark blue A and 2 coral A templates to make a star unit. Make 4.
Sew a B to one side of B. Note the placement using the color block image above. Repeat for the remaining star units.
Sew a C to two of the star units. Repeat for the other two stars, again noting placement.
Sew the star unit rows to the top and bottom of D.
Sew a C to each side to complete the block.
Block measures 12 1/2″ unfinished.
