American Made Brand Fabrics:
White
Light Red
Instructions:
From the light red fabric, cut:
(4) 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ squares
(28) 2″ x 2″ squares
(2) 1 1/2″ x 10 1/2″ rectangles
(2) 1 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ rectangles
(1) 4 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ square
From the white fabric, cut:
(4) 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ squares
(28) 2″ x 2″ squares
(2) 1 1/2″ x 8 1/2″ rectangles
(2) 1 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ rectangles
Half Square Triangle Units
Using the 2″ light red and white squares, make 56 Half Square Triangle units.
Trim units to measure 1 1/2″ x 1 1/2″ unfinished.
Sew 10 Half Square Triangle units together to make a row.
Block Assembly:
Arrange the units as shown in the block assembly diagram below.
Block measures 12 1/2″ x 12 1/2″ unfinished.
