Thank you for the wonderful quilt patterns!
I didn’t get to start until mid-February, 2018, but I loved making this quilt!
We know National Quilting Day is the annually recognized as the 3rd Saturday in March. This year it also fell on St. Patrick’s Day and the day we helped one of our kiddos move into their new home… so this year, no quilting was done in my studio on National Quilting Day. But I did finish this quilt the day before. 🙂
To see my quilt and read its story, you can go to the 2018 page on my website: http://studio2724.com/2018-2/
I call this quilt ‘Four-Inch Five-Squared’, inspired by its 25 intricately pieced 4 inch blocks.
Excited to share that my 2017 Christmas Countdown quilt I called “Four-Inch Five-Squared” earned a Blue Ribbon in the 2018 Virginia Quilt Show at the State Fair in the BOM-Block of the Month category. 🙂
